Mr. Devji is a pivotal member and is responsible for acquisitions in their portfolio. He has extensive experience and expertise in construction. Mr. Devji is known to simultaneously construct multiple gas stations with multiple Tenant spaces. He also has extensive experience managing large teams of employees ranging from store associates to managers, supervisors, and Multi Unit Operators (MUO’s). During his business Management career of over 25 years, he has owned, operated, and overseen multiple convenience stores/gas stations. Mr. Devji is invested into office buildings located in Memphis, TN. Furthermore, Mr. Devji is a co-founder of Burger O’ Clock, a fast-food restaurant chain located in Pakistan.
Mr. Devji has also been a crucial part in charge of the multiple acquisitions in their portfolio. He is also responsible for examining the acquisitions from a financial perspective in order to identify and leverage opportunities from the acquisitions. Mr. Devji is also responsible for liaising with the Financial Institutions & Fuel Suppliers.

Mr. Virji is responsible for the oversight of several aspects of the business including, but not limited to reviewing financial statements, various accounting and financial reports, analysis of potential investments, legal matters, and provide assistance to operations. He extensively studies market trends to determine consumer demands, analyzing sales as well as both short- and long-term impact of competition.
Mr. Virji is a dedicated, results-oriented, proactive leader with 25 years of progressively increasing responsibilities. Mr. Virji has a track record of proven success in managing/leading people, profits while transforming the brand within the respective markets in which he has operated in.

Mr. Shamsuddin, born and raised in Memphis, is a double major in Finance and Marketing who will have graduated from University of Memphis in the Spring of 2023. Mr. Shamsuddin provides great expertise in the financial aspects for Ran Management. He is responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial goals, both short and long term. Mr. Shamsuddin also has great experience in recruitment, employee development, and people management. He has great ability in working with operational managers and management in key positions.
Dwight Barker
Project Manager
Mr. Barker understands business-both as a business owner with a strong corporate background as well as a broad-spectrum business consultant. He has run a successful consulting firm and marketing company with a focus on business growth and expansion for companies in the US and internationally. He has been able to observe and evaluate the internal operations, strategies, and financial conditions of many businesses. Consequently, Dwight has a unique perspective as to why some businesses achieve resounding success and has assisted with improved quality, performance and increased market share.
Dwight has worked with companies in many different industries such as Food Service, Healthcare, Logistics, Property Development and Acquisitions, finance, manufacturing, product and brand development, and many more.
Prior to his career as a business and marketing consultant, Dwight spent over 15 years in the food service industry. He worked in operations with corporate chains such as Brinker International, Darden Restaurants, and Checkers-Drive In. As VP of operations with Checkers, Dwight oversaw company operations for all company owned locations across the US. His responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of operations, marketing, site selection and development, and improving segment market share and profitability. Dwight was also COO for a Checkers franchisee in the Memphis area and helped to develop and grow the market exponentially. Dwight has also owned and partnered in other ventures such as a regional BBQ concept as well as a bar and grill concept. Dwight received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is very active in the community and is a member of the Southaven Leadership Foundation. Dwight is also a member of the Planning Commission and the Chairman of the Industrial Development Board in his home of Arlington, Tennessee.
Jack Webster

Mr. Webster has nearly twenty years experience evaluating convenience store business, site selection, and merging trends in the Convenience Store Industry. He has represented Circle K and Valero in Acquisitions and Dispositions in the mid-south for most of his RE career. Jack has been instrumental In more than 135 MM in transactions during his RE career. Jack has been associated with RAN Management for 15 years and currently serves as Real Estate Services Advisor.
